From Young Conservatives of Pennsylvania Region One Coordinator Rich Talbert:

Mercer County, PA had several malfunctioning electronic voting machines. Voters were instructed to return at a later time to fill out paper ballots.

News Talk 104.7FM in Pittsburgh and Fox News TV both noted the malfunction.
