Battlegrounders: Mike Tuffin Mike Tuffin is vice president of APCO Worldwide, a public-affairs consulting firm. He previously served as New Hampshire field director for Lamar Alexander's 2000 presidential campaign and as a legislative aide to former New Hampshire Senator Bob Smith.
