National Review Online is seeking a webmaster to be based in its New York City offices. This position is full time, starting daily at 7:30 a.m. and going till the work is done. Only the energetic, flexible, talented, and driven need apply.

Responsibilities:
• Daily website maintenance
• Posting of all web content
• Web graphics and site design
• Tracking, compiling, analyzing, and distributing web statistics
• Coordinating ad rotations
• Server troubleshooting
• Digitizing print magazine for web delivery
• Monitoring and scaling site to meet traffic-demand performance
• Site security
• Broadcast e-mail creation and management
• Preparing and managing dynamic marketing, sales, and editorial campaigns
• Some office IT work (Must be able to respond to: “Can someone fix my computer?”)

• HTML
• Movable Type
• Cascading Style Sheets
• ASP
• Adobe Acrobat
• Some QuarkXPress
• Working with scripts for processing forms
• Working with and customizing audio and video files
• FTP
• Working with multiple Windows platforms
